The MCQ certificate is available in the box below the MCQ test. The link to the certificate appears once the MCQ has been completed and submitted. If the link is not available then the MCQ may have been saved instead of submitted. There isn’t a certificate available for all of the pre-course MCQ’s. They are only available for the courses where there is a pre-course learning section. This is so you can present the co-ordinator with a certificate to prove you have completed the pre-course learning.

If the MCQ has been submitted and the certificate is still locked, the progress boxes for each section of the pre-course learning should be checked. There may be a section you have not quite completed. Revisit the section and complete right to the end. It should jump back to the main page when each section is complete and the tick should appear in the progress box. With the completion certificate you need to complete the post course feedback to unlock the certificate.

The completion certificate is available in the bottom box of the course specific page. Before you can print off the certificate you will be to complete the online feedback. The course results also need to be processed by the course centre, please allow 7-10 days for this to take place. If you cannot print off your certificate after 10 days please call the course centre to check its progress.

Unfortunately once you have pressed the certificate button your certificate is produced in PDF form and is therefore unchangeable. If this is your pre-course MCQ certificate then change your name in your profile and your completion certificate will be correct.

Unfortunately the system does not recognise apostrophes. If you have an apostrophe in your name we recommend you remove it in your profile and then go to reprint your certificate and your name will show.

Click on all courses at the bottom of the course categories on the right hand side. This will then list all of the courses available. You can also use the search facility at the bottom of the main page.

It is very likely that you are not enrolled onto the course. To enroll on a course, first find the course you are attending in the course specific page. When you click on the course you will be asked for the enrolment key which you will have received in an email from your course centre. Type the enrolment key in uppercase only. You can now go back to ‘my courses’ box and the pre-course learning will now be accessible.

The course centre you are attending should have issued the enrolment key. Manchester candidates get an email when they pay online that tells them what to do next and includes the enrolment key. If you are attending a different centre please contact the centre for the enrolment key.
If you are doing APLS and have paid online for the pre course component, you will not need an enrolment key as you will have been enrolled by ALSG and therefore have instant access to the pre-course.

You can change information on your profile i.e. email address, user name, password etc.
Once you have logged in click on your name which becomes a link at either the top or the bottom of the page. You will see what courses you have access to on the first tab. The second tab allows you to edit your information. Make sure you save the changes at the bottom of the page or they will not take effect. Top
On the course specific page you will see a link to a forum, this is a forum for candidates attending courses to make contact prior to a course. You can ask about car sharing opportunities, recommend or request recommendations to hotels close to your course centre etc., or simply say hello and introduce yourself. Top
