Who Can Apply?

The course has been developed for doctors in training (SHO) mainly in paediatrics and accident & emergency, although doctors in training working in general practice and other specialty areas may find aspects of the course relevant. Specialist Registrars who wish to apply may be considered dependent on the availability of spaces.

How do I become a Trainer?

 

From September 2007 onwards, all potential trainers are required to observe the Safeguarding Children: Recognition and Response in Child Protection course prior to undertaking the trainer training.
