Leave the M60 at junction 13. Follow the slip road and take the third exit at the first roundabout, marked Swinton A572. At the next roundabout take the first available exit (after M60 slip road joins), for Swinton A572.
Follow the road until you reach the first mini-roundabout (immediately after a Co-op Late Shop) and turn left onto Moorside Rd. Follow Moorside Rd to the main interchange with East Lancashire Rd. Go straight across the interchange, Ellesmere Street is the first right.
M60 from the North (anti-clockwise) Leave M60 at junction 14. Follow slip road on to A580 - East Lancashire Road. You are now heading towards St Helens, in order to turn around and rejoin the East Lancashire Road heading towards Salford/Swinton, turn first right into Old Clough Lane.
M61 from North Leave M61 at junction 2 heading for Salford A580. Follow the slip road on to the East Lancashire Road. Turn left into Moorside Road.

Moorside is only a small station and if you are travelling alone you may prefer to travel to Piccadilly Train Station and take a taxi. The taxi ride will take between 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
Airport
Manchester Airport is approximately 30 minutes drive from ALSG. Situated to the South East the approach route is from the M60 South, exiting at junction 13.
Buses
It takes approx 40 minutes from the city centre to the ALSG training centre using Manchester’s comprehensive bus service which runs along both the A580 East Lancashire Road.
Limited car parking is available for candidates and faculty, at the rear of the main ALSG building and is accessed off Arthur Street. The streets surrounding our building are residential, so parking is limited.
