  • Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Manchester

"Brilliant tutors! Very approachable and friendly and with a genuine passion for teaching and imparting knowledge. Have attended courses in London (ALS) and some (not all) tutors think they're better than you. Over here all of them were so nice and approachable and yet completely fair and honest in their moulage assessments. Brilliant faculty. Dr. Nauman and Dr Charlotte deserve special mentions. Carol Flaherty was exceptional in organising the course and getting everything done on time. The doctor from Jordan was a welcome addition and was absolutely brilliant in trying to impart as much knowledge as nicely as she could. Hats off to ALSG, Manchester!"

  • NAPSTaR - Neonatal, Adult and Paediatric Safe Transfer and Retrieval

"Having completely the NaPSTaR course yesterday, its fair to say this has been the most enjoyable, interactive, thought provoking, stimulating and valuable course for my professional needs as Transfer Lead Nurse on the Critical Care Unit at Tameside General.

The course completely exceeded my expectations from the offset with the upbeat and riveting introduction from Will Marriage, followed by an equally energetic follow up from  the other inspiring and highly knowledgable faculty.

I was gripped from the start and eager to learn and the regular meet ups with my mentor Will Marriage was reassuring and beneficial to discuss and debrief what we had just learned and experienced. I felt was a fantastic role model and great teacher whilst being very encouraging.

I loved how interactive the whole course was and it’s fair to say there was never a moment that I felt bored and everything that was covered gave me such valuable insight and underpinning knowledge that I believe will enhance my clinical practice and give me transferable skills to the rest of my team at Tameside.

The hospitality was AMAZING!!! I can honestly say I have never attended a course so well catered for with gorgeous food and refreshments.

Kathy is an absolute STAR and her running of the course was professional, seemless and so impressive. She is so friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She was so helpful to me as there were issues with my application and she sorted it no problems. Very Impressive.

In summary, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this course to anybody wishing to improve their transfer skill and theoretical knowledge, I wish all course were like the NAPSTar as it was so enjoyable.

Thank you so much for having me"
