You will receive a sales order within 24 hours if there is anything to pay. Orders entirely covered by tokens, or approvals for annually licensed courses, won't get a sales order.
When your course has been paid for (if applicable), your course page will be available 3 months before the course date. Any books you have ordered will be sent from the publisher.

If you reschedule a course, the course page will be renamed and will retain all your candidates, their pre-course work and your enrolled faculty.
If you request extra candidate places they will be added to your course and an invoice will be sent. Extra course places are non-refundable.
