If you are an instructor or co-ordinator you should contact ALSG on +44 (0)161 727 6060 (9am-5pm weekdays) or email vlehelp@alsg.org to set up your profile. If you set up your own profile you will not have access to the correct areas of the site
For the APLS on-line courses If you have booked the whole course with a centre and they have given you an enrolment key, please proceed as indicated in the for all other courses section below. If you have paid for the VLE separately PLEASE DO NOT SET UP YOUR OWN PROFILE - ALSG have to set up your profile when you pay for the course and you will get an email confirming this with your log-in details
For the POET on-line courses PLEASE DO NOT SET UP YOUR OWN PROFILE - ALSG also have to set up your profile when you pay for the course and you will get an email confirming this
For all other courses, you should have been sent an enrolment key by your co-ordinator - in this case you'll need to create yourself an account. All you need to do is make up a username (please use your email address because it is easier to get a reset if you forget your password) and password and use it in the form on this page! If someone else has already chosen your username then you'll have to try again using a different username. Here are the steps:- Fill out the New Account form with your details.
- An email will be immediately sent to your email address.
- Read your email, and click on the web link it contains.
- Your account will be confirmed and you will be logged in.
- Now, select the course you want to participate in.
- If you are prompted for a "enrolment key" - use the one that your teacher has given you. This will "enrol" you in the course.
- You can now access the full course. From now on you will only need to enter your personal username and password (in the form on this page) to log in and access any course you have enrolled in.
