We are seeking to appoint a
Trustee with a strong background in medical education to join our Board and
help shape the future of ALSG.
For more than 30 years, ALSG
has been committed to improving patient outcomes and saving lives through
high-quality healthcare training and education. As we continue to develop our
portfolio and extend our impact, we are looking for an individual who can bring
medical education expertise, strategic insight and a passion for lifelong
learning.
Working alongside the Chair,
fellow Trustees and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will help ensure that
educational excellence remains at the heart of our decision-making. You will
provide support, challenge and guidance on matters relating to clinical
education, course development, learning innovation and the evolving needs of
healthcare professionals.

candidate will bring senior-level experience in medical, healthcare or
professional education, together with a commitment to improving outcomes for
healthcare professionals, patients and families.

We are seeking a Trustee with
expertise in digital transformation to join our Board and help guide ALSG
through the next stage of its development.
Healthcare education continues
to evolve rapidly, creating new opportunities to improve learning, engagement
and accessibility through digital innovation. We are looking for an individual
who can bring strategic digital expertise to help ALSG embrace these
opportunities while ensuring we remain focused on delivering high-quality
educational experiences and excellent outcomes for our learners.
Working alongside the Chair,
fellow Trustees and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will provide
strategic oversight and advice on digital transformation, helping to shape our
approach to technology, systems, data, digital services and organisational
change. Your insights will support the Board in making informed decisions that
strengthen ALSG's long-term sustainability, effectiveness and impact.
